Privacy Policy
Toklio for iPhone. Last updated October 23, 2026.
Toklio shows the usage limits, reset times and costs of the AI services you sign in to. It was built so that your data stays with you. There is no Toklio account, and your accounts, usage and costs never reach us.
What stays on your iPhone
- Sign-in sessions. When you add an account, you sign in on the provider's own website inside the app. The resulting session is stored in the iOS Keychain on your device and is never sent to us.
- Usage and costs. Limits, reset times, plan names, account emails and billing amounts are requested directly from each provider by your iPhone and stored only on your iPhone, including the copy that widgets read.
- Settings. Your preferences, alerts and cost history are stored on your device.
Deleting the app, or removing an account in the app, deletes this data from your iPhone.
Who your iPhone talks to
- The AI services you connect (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Cursor, xAI, Google and OpenCode), to read your usage and billing. Their own privacy policies apply to those requests.
- RevenueCat, which processes Toklio Pro purchases made through the App Store. It receives your purchase history and a random identifier created by the app, not your name, email or usage. Seerevenuecat.com/privacy.
- Frankfurter (frankfurter.dev), for currency exchange rates. It receives no personal data.
- PostHog (EU hosting), for anonymous app statistics, described below. Seeposthog.com/privacy.
Anonymous app statistics
To learn which features are used and to find problems quickly, Toklio sends a few anonymous events: for example that onboarding was finished, that an account of a given provider was added or removed, that the paywall was shown or a plan was bought, and that a provider's sync failed with a short error type. Each event carries the app version, iPhone model, iOS version and language, and a random identifier created by the app.
- They never include your sessions, account names or emails, plan names, usage or costs.
- They are not linked to you: there is no profile, no advertising identifier, and IP addresses are discarded.
- You can turn them off at any time in Settings > Share anonymous usage.
What we do not do
- We do not collect, store or see your sessions, usage, emails or costs.
- We do not use advertising or tracking across apps, and we do not sell data.
Notifications
Usage alerts and reset reminders are scheduled on your iPhone. You can turn them off in the app or in iOS Settings.
Children
Toklio is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
